SL/Evolution?

Milo had a new friend over to the pool. Except his friend only spoke Serbian, or so I thought.
That is, until I told him that he left his tail behind in pool.
"Fuck the tail" he said.
I was suprised; he did speak some English.
"I don't need it."
"You are going to be a furry without a tail?" Furries with no tails, or tails cut short, are frowned upon by other furries. Did he know that?
"Who cares?"
"?"

"mentol tail"
"menthol tail?"
"mentol tail"
"Ahhh, you mean mental tail. In other words, your mind still thinks you have a tail?"

Peace on Earth

Last Fourth of July, we listened to Ayo, a Serbian, sing (American) songs at our pool. These were love songs, mostly. I asked if she would be available this Christmas to sing patriotic songs. Yes, she said, of course.

I needed claificiation. "Our Christmas--the 25th, not your Christmas, January 7th," I said.

"Yes."

"Great," I said.

I can't wait to hear some Serbian-influenced American nationalist songs on the non-Eastern-Orthodox pagan-Judaic holiday known as Christmas.

It will be better than any gift I can receive.

SL/Sighting

I saw Milo making out with Marycat on the beach near the house. There was lots of surf.

This is me standing on their hammock, attempting to surf.
Ulises was there too and I noticed he was not the same as when I saw him last.
"You changed your hair," I said. "And your heels. ...And your breasts."
"I'm bored," he stated.
Ulises had bigger boobs now to play with (if he wanted to...). Every avatar can, with a few minor clicks, undergo a major alteration. He could easily have transformed into a 350lb male motorcycle psychopath if he wanted to. But he chose a more delicate specimen.
As I was standing there, trying to figure him out, a blur caught my attention, and I looked up and darned if it wasn't Santa Claus! He was riding a reindeer about 75 mph. The reindeer was beaming a red light straight ahead.
"It's Santa!" I yelled, snapping pics.
"I don't believe in Santa," replied Ulises.
"I've got pics. Digital pics!"
I don't think Ulises cared. Anyway, I've got the first shot of Santa (possibly) in Second Life so far this year...and remember, this was the tropics.

SL/Pool Dance

She was Milo's friend, and she was in our pool. She was trying out a new dance! Part of this dance was holding her nose while she shimmied down until her head was below the surface. I think it will be the next dance craze!

SL/PATO MILO

There was a singer named Pato Milo. I couldn't believe it.

SL/Milo's Back

Milo returned, saying he'd been spending time with a girl named Marica in real life (in Serbia). Marica and him are so smitten about each other that she apparently followed him into Second Life so she could spend more time with him.
"You are allowed 30 flings while in SL," I told them. "After that, you may get suspended."
Milo had a new tattoo that I couldn't decipher that looked like a spider. Turkeys are known to eat spiders so I told him that turkeys were inherently superior to spiders, even though spiders are known for their elaborate webs.
"Yet turkeys never are in tattoos," I dismayed.

SL/Milo update

Yetrates asked me why I was wearing a box and I told her it was because my inventory got lost. /
"Warddrobe malfunction."
I told her it was my idea to start with a box and see if I could shape it into a barrel over time. Milo, she told me, was done with SL--not a chance he would ever come back, because he was 'bored,' and had uninstalled it from his computer.
"A pity," I said. What Milo needed more than anything, I said, was a retirement party. "Maybe then he wouldn't have left."
"He is playing W.o.W. now" she informed me. (World of Warcraft.)
"Different world."
(She communicates with Milo via MSM.)
"At least his skills are being put to use there," I conceded. Now Milo could kill, finally.
(I hadn't done any killing since I joined Second Life.)
"Do you want to see my new Cyborg?" she asked me.
"Can I kill it?" I asked her.
She acted surprised. "Kill it?"
"Unplug it, temporarily."
Nevermind. I didn't want to go there with her.
"Let's go to Welfare Island," she suggested, "and see that line."
Back to Welfare Island we went...
The line was incredibly long tonight.
"Wearing that box you look right at home" she said. And it did feel like home. As a matter of fact, it felt like I was King of Welfare Island!
As king, it was my right--my duty--to go to the head of the line. I wanted behind the counter.
I knew it would take awhile to get behind the counter due the maze. What kind of place is this where you must walk through a maze to get behind the counter? It almost looked like a set up. There was little time to waste.
/
Yet...a delay!
A gentleman had chosen that moment to ask me a question, and not just any question, but a question that was over a minute in length due to him being a very slow typer. What choice did I have but to stand there and wait patiently for him to use the 'Enter' key?
I never got a chance to hear his question because I was ejected from the land!
Underwater, I told Yetrates to stay there, to plead my case to an administrator, or at least to the people. If necessary, I told her, I would grow a beard and try to return.

SL/Retired Milo was Security/Pool Maintenance Man/Pot Farm ambassador

Since Milo's "retirement" I've no choice but to think seriously about what to do with my property.
One idea is to spread hot lava all over the place and walk away, since lava requires very little maintenance. If I return home and find someone's Inventory items have turned to goo, or, say, hot lead, I will know I've had a trespasser.
Another thing would be to install quicksand all over the place, or better yet, hot quicksand, because I'm told there is a lava-quicksand hybrid you can buy now, which is all the rage in totalitarian sims that have Pacific themes.
One of Milo's jobs was to maintain the pool, so now I'm stuck with a pool that's hosted approximately 18 parties in the past several weeks and hasn't been drained once. Three fat guys, furries, a host from Nickelodeon, chips, fountain coins, you name it, all have been in my pool, not to mention several good-looking women, and I'd like to keep the good-looking women coming back, so if you know someone with pool maintenance/medicine skills, send him/her to me, stat.
Any pool guests would have to be choppered in, thanks to the lava, so I am also looking for an experienced pilot. (Milo is costing more than he knows!)
I had wanted to get the pot farm so big it covered the entire sim. In fact, I wanted to expand it to several islands so that it would be required to have its own ambassador. Milo was to be that ambassador, but he never knew it, aside from this paragraph, so if you're reading this, Milo, you can have the 'ass' from the middle of that word ambassador, because you blew a good opportunity, sir.
Maybe now that Milo is retired he can be that ambassador, since ambassadors are usually retired folks. So if you're reading this, Milo, the job is still open.

Nice Camping Excursion

Sitting in a courtyard drinking coffee where we were making the equivalent of 1/100th of a cup of Starbucks coffee.

The one nice thing about camping spots is that the clientele are sometimes universal. (Such as tonight's.)
[17:17] Angelaa Capalini: PAtric we need Babbler 3.17
/
[17:17] Angelaa Capalini: stat

[17:17] Patric: put yours on

[17:17] Patric: if you wear yours it works for me

[17:17] Patric: too

[17:18] Patric: i am co-dependent babbler

[17:18] Angelaa Capalini: well I wont make money this way

[17:19] Patric: lol

[17:19] allanjack Laryukov: senta alguem ai pra gente trocar ideia

[17:19] Angelaa Capalini: Doesn't Gus look like Milo?

[17:20] Patric: You could stay there drinking that coffee for hours and make lots of money but you'll lose it all in the cumulative bathroom time you've earned
/
Later

[17:45] Angelaa Capalini: what are you listening to tonight?

[17:47] Patric: i'm listening to Foreigners

[17:47] Angelaa Capalini: good choice

SL/Milo's turn to sway

Milo smells [pot] smoke and does his best "stop, drop and roll animation." Meanwhile, I urged him to continue rolling while I rolled as well.

After several minutes of rolling, Milo is descended upon by Mia and Igel, who kick him around the room.
The idea of Milo as piñata is very intriguing to me, and I want to explore the possibility of hanging Milo above the pool for a bout later this week. Every person at the pool would have a turn at swiping at Milo who would act like a false-Sploder for donations to his upcoming wedding.
Once in awhile he would "'Splode" in true Milo fashion, but that's just Milo being Milo being angry.

[16:48] Milorad Lehmann: -Smack Dat Ass

Later at the pool that stick was brought out again by Yet. I noticed it was a stem, not a stick.

SL/Body Language/

I have a Photoboard in my house that displays pictures. Anyone can add or subtract pics from the board.
If you touch a pic, it blows up to full size, another nice feature.
Here is a blown up picture of Yetrates, who just won a race.
l
Milo was at the house and immediately went (Away), so we were able to use the board as a comparison piece of his hair "Before" and "After" he met his fiance, Kaca.
..
Yetrates left and invited me to a car dealership. While there, she kept telling me the "Citroen was for" me. I am not as big into cars as she is--I really don't know what a Citroen is--so I went to get something from the real life refrigerator, and when I came back, I saw Milo was at the dealership, too, already (Away).
Milo has been spending an inordinate amount of time (away) since he met his girlfriend. It is affecting his ability to stand up straight.

Horse Encounters at H-n-S
At Hooters 'n' Shooters history was (perhaps) made when a horse on the dance floor was cautiously introduced to a sea horse.

Voice inside my Head (DJ Elle)

In real life I am a complete incompetent when it comes to the ladies. On Second Life, I am the incomplete competent person I've always wanted to be. That is good enough for the ladies, fortunately.
The ladies...

How do I love them, let me divine the ways...

ELLE (DJ Kirshner)

One half of your name for my left ear, the other for my right. EL LE. I hear you on my headset. I love hearing you in my head. Your voice inside--mah head.
Sunshine.
That laugh is probably the hookiest thing ever. It hooked me in and in and in. That laugh is like a fishing reel. Hahahahahaha.

Wait, is that Milo?

hahahahahahahah

Yes, that is Milo.

Hahahahahaha.

Nope, that isn't him.

Is that you, Elle?

SL/Slump total

They were all slumped over, all for different reasons. I'd gone microwaving, and this is what I returned to.
At various times each one of them came back to consciousness and I was able to pinpoint where they had been. The consciousness was fleeting, though, and after a short time each one had gone back into a slump. I knew I had to get out whatever I had to say in no time flat.
"You are standing in front of me and telling me that you are also on Google? That is what you're telling me?" This is what I found myself shouting at Yetrates.
"What you mean you were chatting with Ayo on MSN? Isn't she the best lady at your upcoming wedding??" I raged at Milo when it was his time to surface.
DrAlbert Hoffman and I were never able to communicate aside from a brief "LOL" that he typed (after I'd said something to him about six minutes earlier).
THEN:
Yetrates left. Milo said he was going clubbing. He asked me to go, and I said "Someone needs to stay with the doctor."
Eventually, the Dr. did return, and explained that it was late where he was (actually early in the morning) in Serbia.
His incoherent statement to me was:
"i didnt used on those late times anymore"

SL/Natural Selection

The evolution of Milo is not only involving his hair style--which I told him today resembles more and more Hollywood movie mogul Robert Evans'-- but also more subtler things like his height, and lips. Indeed, Milo handed me a photo of his real life self today and announced his intentions of turning himself into himself. Milo wants the world to know he is preparing to become Milo.

SL/Summer Holiday

For the 4th of July we were treated to Milo's Serbian friend Ayo singing classic American songs, streamed from her studio-sung mp3s on my hard-drive straight to the pool in Watarrka Park.
This is a pic of Ayo listening to one of her songs.

/
This pic is also evidence that Milo may have changed his hair style again.

SL/House cleaning

I sold some bottom land which long ago lost its beach and became the perfect viewing spot for, of all things, a gigantic banner of Iranian president Ahmadinejad's face.

//

/
Milo said he knew I sold the land because lots of things got returned to his Inventory automatically (based on the new prim count), such as the couches in the house (D). He also said most of Yet's cars in the driveway disappeared (B), as well as the pot farm donated by Jenny (A). I solemnly asked if Woody (C) had made it. Woody survived the cut, I was told. I told Milo that it was very unfortunate that this all happened, but it was probably fortunate that (D) happened.

In other news: Prize Pyle informs me he must sell the roads, as well as the community pool (because of taxes). This is sad news, but I plan on asking Pyle if I can buy his pool and shift it to my estate once the land underneath it sells. This way, the neighbors aren't deprived of their pool.
